The staff were friendly and the lobby area was comfortable. The hotel was clean and spacious. It was conveniently located near public transportation.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated that there were refrigerators in my room, which kept my drinks and snacks nice and chilled. the hotel's lobby was well-decorated with comfortable chairs and interesting artwork on the walls. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was a short distance from the city center.
My experience at the hotel was not very positive. the lack of air conditioning in the lobby made it uncomfortable to wait for arrivals or departures.

The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked questions. The location was great for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance to public transportation. Having a refrigerator in the room was also a nice touch.
The lack of air conditioning in the lobby made it uncomfortable to wait for transportation or friends. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs.

This hotel is a perfect spot for a solo traveler. the staff is friendly, and the rooms are spotless. the location provides easy access to the metro and is safe. the comfortable beds give a good night's sleep, and the rooms are clean, accompanied by spacious and modern bathrooms. In the cozy lobby, you can relax with a book or chat with the staff. the hotel has an excellent ambiance.
The hotel could have more effective communication with staff who don't speak English fluently.
